Firstly, it can short your stock and also can make more function of the light. For example, if you need to stock amber color and blue color light. You can buy a dual color light, which can be also used on amber or blue color. The color can be controller separately.

Secondly,when you need a light with cruise model, one wire can control cruise model, another wire can be flash.

And the light is designed with a breathable membrane on the back. The water vapor can not go into the light, but the water vapor can go out from the light, which guarantee the light in good waterproof with IP67 and IP69k.
